This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is between Customer and Rise Digital Strategies ("Company") for SEO Management. By signing this Agreement, Customer agrees to be bound by both this Agreement and the Master Service Agreement ("MSA") available at risedigitalstrategies.com/msa, which this Agreement incorporates by reference — including its terms on Ownership, Payment, Liability, and Termination, which are not repeated here. This Agreement and the MSA take effect together upon signature. If any term below conflicts with the MSA, this Agreement controls only as to the service added here.

Service

SEO Management (Gold Plan)
- Conduct a technical SEO audit and on-page optimization for up to 10 pages (metadata, site structure, internal linking)
- Perform keyword research and targeting based on industry and service area
- Set up schema markup and a media/newsroom page
- Build up to 10 foundation backlinks over 12 months, plus 1 authority backlink and 1 tier-2 backlink
- Create 2 SEO-optimized blog posts per month (1,000 words, AIO-optimized) and 1 authority guide
- Optimize Google Business Profile and local map-pack presence, including up to 15 posts and review responses
- Monitor competitor SEO activity and provide reporting
- Include AI Optimization (AIO) — visibility in AI-powered search results (e.g., AI Overviews, ChatGPT) in addition to traditional Google search and Maps
- Provide monthly performance reporting

Fees & Term

Monthly Management Fee: $1,500 / month
Billing Start Date: Day of signed agreement
Initial Term (defaults to 3 months per MSA Section 8.1 unless noted)

Acknowledgement & Signature

I have read and agree to the Master Service Agreement at risedigitalstrategies.com/msa, which is incorporated into this Agreement.

I understand I will be contacted by Rise Digital Strategies via phone, SMS and email.

Electronic Signature: I agree that my electronic signature below carries the same legal effect as a handwritten signature, and I consent to conduct this transaction electronically.

Payment Authorization: I authorize Rise Digital Strategies to charge the payment method provided for the fees described in this Agreement, and I certify I am an authorized user of that payment method. I will not dispute legitimate charges made in accordance with this Agreement and the MSA with my card issuer or bank without first contacting Company. This authorization remains on file for future billing under this Agreement unless revoked in writing.
